MIND BODY SOUL WORKSHOP:


mind body and soulThis practical workshop will be broken down into three sections:


In order to work to our optimum and to be the best version we can be, all three elements need to be in balance so we can be truly congruent.


MIND - the power of our inner dialogue and how the art of Mindful thinking can aid you in stressful situations

 

BODY - breathing techniques to help you remain focused and calm, seated Yoga postures that can help keep your energy levels where they need to be

 

SOUL - how can nutrition and the food we eat help us in our quest for a more energised and clear approach to the things we do?

 


PURE YOGA

 

60 minute one to one (or one to a few) yoga sessions to suit the very beginner to the more advanced yogi. All levels welcome and all sessions bespoke to the individuals needs and goals. Gentle Hatha to a more dynamic flow is available.

  • Introduction To Mindfulness (half day)
  • Introduction to Reflexology, including key reflex points on hands and feet (1 X day)
  • Advanced Mindfulness (1 day)
  • Sleep Well Therapies (half day)
